Requesting a refund/reprint

At Photogra, your satisfaction is our number one concern.

We guarantee the quality of our prints. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your prints, you may contact us within 30 days for one free set of reprints. If the problem is still not corrected, you may request a full refund including the price for shipping and handling.

If you receive any damaged items, due to delivery or packaging of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. A courtesy reprint will be conducted immediately.

To get reprints, please contact us referencing your order number and a description of the problem. We will reprint your Photographs and mail them to you free of charge.

If you have not received your order and it has passed 14 business days you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive a reprint or refund of your order.
