The photo that appears is not my photo?
A:
If you have entered the correct image number, date, email address and have allowed up to 48 hours for your photo to appear, we will send you an email notification as soon as your photo is available on the site.

If you have previously visited the site, 48 hours have passed, and your photo is still not available, it is possible you received the wrong ticket.

To locate your photo, you may use the Manual Search tool located on the bottom left of the side bar. You will be able to view all the photos for the day, in order to locate your Photograph.

If you are still unable to locate your photo you may email us with the following information:

  • Where was the photo taken (name of Park, Fair, etc)?
  • What was the day of the week, and date of the photo was taken?
  • Who was in the picture? Describe as best as possible the people in the photo, including age, clothing, or anything else that may help us to identify the correct photo for you.
  • Please be advised, there are thousands of Photograph for each day the venue is open. As a result, a detailed description of who is in the Photograph is required in order to help us locate your Photograph.
